to begin this incredible adventure through the Cinta Costera, Seafood Market and Casco Viejo de Panama, which is a charming cobblestone street in Casco Antiguo. With a history dating back to 1673 and filled with splendid colonial architecture, this UNESCO World Heritage site is today one of the liveliest districts of Panama City. There are local and indigenous arts and crafts in the Old Town.
