Tour description

It is a bilingual tour: Spanish and/or Portuguese. How about discovering the ancient and religious stories of Japan in Nara? An expert in the sociology of religion will explain them to you in detail. Nara was the first capital of Japan, before Kyoto, and the endpoint of the Silk Road. It preserves many Buddhist and Shinto temples. You will learn about the differences and similarities between the two religions compared to Christianity. I am sure this tour will enrich your knowledge and curiosity!

What will we see on this tour?

Meeting point:

Nara Station, 1 Sanjōhonmachi, Nara, 630-8122, Japan

The meeting point will be at the glass booth of "JR Line Tickets," to the right as you exit the vending machines. We will take the 8:33 bus. Therefore, I kindly ask you to arrive by at least 8:20. This tour will be conducted with a minimum of 4 participants. If this number is not reached, the event may be canceled; in such a case, I will contact each participant individually.

It is the central Shinto temple of approximately 1,000 Kasuga shrines across the country.

How much does this tour cost?

Free tours don't have a fixed price. At the end, each person contributes to the guide the amount they consider fair based on their satisfaction. As a guideline, Guruwalk recommends between €15 and $50 per participant.
