The tour I prepared is a time travel for you to meet with the characters and venture into the city highlights. I will tell you the forbidden stories ripped off the books. As a personal quest, it is my honor to unveil the many mysteries which belong to the streets. These stories are an ode to life achievements, good and bad, and far from happy endings.

The itinerary:

1. We start with an Introduction of the city, The foundation, and the conquest of the city by D. Afonso Henriques (First King of Portugal

2. We step into the most exciting neighborhood in Lisbon: Bairro Alto;

3. Chiado and the socialite, intellectuals, and poets, have you heard about Pessoa?

4. The amazing square Largo do Carmo, The National Republican Guard Headquarters GNR, The revolution of democracy on 25 April or The Carnation revolution, and The Ruins of Carmo Convent, by the way, I was baptized in Sacrament Church.

5. Rossio Square: Inquisition, the most darkest moments of Portuguese history,:((((( The Church of São domingos.

6. Who are the Portuguese and why Codfish are so important to us?

Nuno was great! We got a lot of information and, unfortunately, I retained only a little bit, but the overall experience was fun and there was a review at the end that helped us to put all the history together one more time. We were the only ones on the tour, and with the kid he accommodated us for a quick food stop when the kid was throwing tantrums when he got hungry. He was also trying to keep everyone engaged, which is not an easy fit to pull off. Overall, I would recommend this tour.

Nuno was amazing! His depth of local knowledge just flows... He took us to at least 5 neighbourhoods (lost count) and had some incredible stories everywhere we went. Our 2. 5 - 3 hour walk lasted another hour because we were all having a great time. Definitely, book your tour with Nuno. You won't regret it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.
