Tour description
Old Dubai Heritage Walk – A Journey Through Time
Step into the soul of Dubai with a guided walk through its oldest and most enchanting neighborhoods. We begin in Al Seef, strolling along the peaceful waterfront and passing the innovative Smart Police Station, with a warm stop to enjoy traditional tea and Arabic coffee.
From there, we enter the heart of the Al Fahidi Historical District, where wind-tower houses, quiet lanes and centuries of culture blend together. We visit Al Khayma, make a photo stop at Al Farooq Mosque, explore a traditional Emirati home, the Coin Museum, and taste freshly prepared Arabic coffee. Museum access may vary depending on the day and weekend timings.
Our walk continues into Meena Bazaar, a lively marketplace filled with colors, flavors and stories. Here you’ll enjoy street food, including a delicious chicken shawarma, along with bottled water, all included in the tour.
Next, we cross the creek on a traditional abra boat from Bur Dubai to Deira. The ride is included and offers one of the most authentic experiences of the old city.
We end our journey in the iconic Gold Souk and Spice Souk, where glittering jewelry, exotic aromas and local craftsmanship bring the old trading world to life. From here, you’ll have easy access to both metro and taxi options.
Everything is included for 80 AED per person:
shawarma, Arabic coffee, water, the abra ride, and all tastings.
This is the same premium experience offered across all our booking platforms.
At the end of the tour, you may pay by card or cash, in euros or dollars, for the amount of 80 dirhams.
