Unique tour of Krakow Old Town - an unforgettable journey

Her knowledge of Polish history — and Kraków in particular — is impressive, and the way she talks about it, you can tell this isn't just a job for her. She's articulate, well-spoken, and has a real gift for making history feel alive rather than like a textbook lecture. We happened to catch a wet day, and to her credit, Natalie adapted the tour on the fly to keep everyone as comfortable as possible. The pace between stops was brisk — but honestly, with the rain coming down, I think we were all grateful she kept us moving rather than standing around getting soaked! One thing that was a little unfortunate — and this is absolutely not on Natalie — was that a member of our group was a bit rude at one point. She handled it with complete professionalism, which says a lot about her character. That said, it did put a bit of a dampener on the group energy for the rest of the walk, which is a shame, because the best part of a walking tour is that back-and-forth between guide and group — and Natalie is clearly someone who thrives on that interaction. Would I recommend her?
