Hi! My name is Oscar, I am 20 years old, and born and raised in Berlin. I grew up in Prenzlauer Berg, the area I will show you around in the 2hrs we have. My interests are football and arts, and i love learning about random things and different cultures. The free-walking tour will explore a bit of the history of the wall, Berlins market and street food culture, the multicultural environment which makes the area so special, before the we finish with a round of "Bierball" a popular drinking game in parks. Tour description

We start the tour at the fire station on Oderberger Straße, exploring an East Berlin themed vintage shop before diving into the history of the wall and its effects on present-day Prenzlauer Berg. if on that day there is a flea market, get excited to visit and possibly haggle (with my help if needed) for some great pieces. We'll then continue towards the Kulturbrauerei, where I'll give you brief insight into Berlin's beer culture. After visiting the Kulturbrauerei, we'll taste a kebab or currywurst on Eberswalder Straße, before finishing off the tour with a legendary drinking game in Mauerpark, which will give you a unique experience trying Prenzlauer Berg's local beer. To fully enjoy the tour with food and drinks, we recommend bringing 5 to 10 euros with you, depending on how much you want to try!
