Tour description

We are going to visit a walled city with a lot of history, so we can see stones and buildings, or have them tell us why they were built, their purpose, their history, and their present. We have a formidable wall from the 16th century, medieval streets, palatial houses, tower houses, a beautiful parish, a parade ground, a castle, and many charming places. Then we will visit the marina district, with its typical fishermen's houses and the atmosphere of bars and pintxos typical of a fishing village on the Basque coast. We will also get to know a bit about the customs and anecdotes of our neighbors on the other side of the bay, the French, and if you are French, the customs and life in Spain.
Hondarribia is a city with a military past, a tourist and fishing present, and on the border with France, so we have a lot to talk about, learn, and discover.
