On this tour, we'll begin by exploring St. Paul's Cathedral and then head south of the river, away from the authority of the City, to the cultural and historical legacy of Southwark.
Iconic London bridges, Shakespeare and the world of Elizabethan theatre, and visits to old taverns where criminals and sailors shared stories of shipwrecks.
We'll visit the oldest prison where torture was routine and cemeteries that reflect the city's evolution.
We'll also explore iconic streets and buildings that have been the scene of important events and traditions, concluding with a walk that connects us with London's past and present.
We'll finish at The Queen's Walk, where you'll understand why it was Queen Elizabeth's favorite walk.
