Hi! I’m Nayeli — born in Mexico, shaped by the world. I’ve called Hamburg home for over eight years now, and I love sharing its unique charm, hidden corners, and rich stories with curious travelers from around the globe.
With a background in Psychology and Education, I’ve spent over 20 years living and working across Latin America, the U.S., Europe, and Africa. I speak fluent Spanish, German, and English, and have professional experience in the tourism industry in both Mexico and the U.S. These days, I also run my own coaching practice focused on intercultural dialogue and human growth.
My tours are not just about sights — they’re about connection. Whether it’s your first time in Hamburg or you’re looking to experience the city through a more personal and soulful lens, I’d love to guide you on a journey that’s thoughtful, welcoming, and deeply human.
Let’s discover Hamburg together — beyond the surface.

Tour description
They say Hamburg isn't just for the faint of heart... you have to know how to see it. On this tour, I invite you to discover the city from a sensitive, authentic, and multicultural perspective. We'll walk through its most iconic neighborhoods as well as lesser-known corners that hold powerful stories.
Together we'll explore places like the Karolinenviertel , the Schanzenviertel , and St. Pauli and the Elbe River . We'll discuss history, street art, migration, diversity, and social transformation.
We end up next to the Elbe, with a view that invites reflection.
If you're looking for more than facts and pretty photos, and want to truly connect with the city's soul , this tour is for you. Reserve your spot and let's walk together!
