Tour description
Join me on an unforgettable tour of Alicante's most iconic spots. Led by a certified local guide, you'll discover all the hidden gems of Alicante.
We will head to the Basilica of Santa María, a living witness to Alicante's history throughout the centuries. From here we will be able to see one of the city's most important symbols, Santa Barbara Castle.
We'll walk until we reach Plaza de Santa Faz. From there, we'll go to the Co-Cathedral of San Nicolás de Bari and Labradores Street. We'll stroll along the famous Rambla de Méndez Núñez and discover emblematic places and stories that have taken place here, such as the Portal de Elche and the Capuchin Convent. Did you know it houses the incorrupt body of a nun?
Finally, we'll explore the famous Explanada de Alicante. A meeting point for many locals and another of the city's symbols. Besides learning about its history, we'll also see buildings like Casa Carbonell and the Puerta del Mar (Sea Gate), and we'll finish by talking about the Port of Alicante.
Of course, we will also talk about Alicante's traditions, festivals, and gastronomy, something that also makes many tourists want to return to visit our beautiful city.
