Salamanca Poetic and Legendary. Free Tour
"Salamanca, Poetic and Legendary" is an innovative proposal that consists of taking a walk through the historic center, stopping at some of its most emblematic places where a poem dedicated to the location will be interpreted.
Some poems and places we will see: Plaza Mayor, The Legend of the Balcony, Scala Coeli, The Frog, Sonnet of Calixto and Melibea, Romance of Water Monday, Statue of Lazarillo de Tormes, The Cave of Salamanca... among others.
All the poems, written by the interpreter, are in a classic style (romances, sonnets...) with rhyme and easy to understand, making this walk also suitable for children. In this way, we will take an enjoyable journey through the monuments, landscapes, history, and legends of Salamanca.
Among other books, I am the author of "Verseando por Salamanca" published by the Provincial Council in 2021.
This activity is registered in the Census of Promotion of Current Tourism of Castilla y León and on the website of the Salamanca City Council's tourism office
