Description
We will start this walking tour by meeting in front of the Huaca Pucllana, one of Lima's most astonishing archaeological treasures... yes, right in the city.
After a brief introduction, we will enter the complex to explore its imposing adobe pyramids dating back to 200 AD. Here, we will travel back in time to discover who built this place and why it was so important in ancient Lima.
Then we will change scenery and head to the charming El Olivar Park, a true oasis in the middle of San Isidro. Among century-old olive trees, elegant embassies, and tranquil corners, it will be the perfect place to relax and get to know another side of the city.
Our next stop will be the Huaca Huallamarca, another fascinating archaeological site. We will climb its characteristic truncated pyramid and, from the top, we will have a different view of Lima while discovering its history, which dates back approximately to 200 BC.
Important to note: during the tour, there will be two entrance fees, S/ 15 for Huaca Pucllana and S/ 5 for Huaca Huallamarca.
We will end the tour at this point, leaving you ready to continue exploring on your own or simply stay a while longer enjoying the history and views.
The tour must have a minimum of 5 people; otherwise, we reserve the right to conduct the tour (We can also schedule the bilingual tour so you can still be part of our tour, as long as you agree, if not, we kindly ask you to cancel).
Groups of more than 6 people are NOT accepted. If you make 2 reservations and are a single group, you must make a commitment payment (12 USD per person).
If you do not agree with this, we kindly ask you not to book this tour.

This is a free walking tour. The concept of "free" does not mean free of charge, but rather that there is no fixed price set before starting. At the end of the tour, each person contributes a tip according to their experience and possibilities.
As happens in walking tours around the world, we guides work independently and cover our own transportation, logistics, and platform commission expenses such as GurúWalk.
Usually, the contribution is between 18 USD (60 soles) and 35 USD (100 soles) per person, considering that similar tours can cost up to 70 USD per person.
With this message, we do not seek to impose amounts or make anyone uncomfortable, simply to inform, as many people are unaware of how the concept of a free walking tour works.
Our goal is to provide you with a great experience and make you feel that the tour was totally worth it.
