Tashkent Heritage, Metro, Dinner with Art and Culture

Our tour starts at Human House, where we'll meet at 5:00 PM in front of Human House, located at 43 Kichik Mirabad Street.

At Human House, you'll discover the work of talented Uzbek designers and artisans. You'll have the opportunity to watch skilled craftspeople creating traditional cotton clothing, wood carvings, and other handmade items. If you wish, you can also purchase unique local souvenirs.

Next, we'll visit the Monument to the Grieving Mother and the Memory and Honor Alley, which commemorate the people of Uzbekistan who lost their lives during World War II.

After that, we'll head to Independence Square, where you'll learn about its history, symbolism, and importance to modern Uzbekistan.

We'll also travel through several of Tashkent's beautiful metro stations. You'll have plenty of time to take photos while I explain the history, architecture, and unique design of each station.

We'll get off at Shahriston Metro Station and visit the Memorial to the Victims of Repression, where you'll learn about an important chapter in Uzbekistan's history.

To finish the tour, we can enjoy delicious Uzbek pilaf at the famous Besh Qozon Pilaf Centre, one of the best places to try our national dish. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere or a more artistic setting, we can instead have dinner at Chig'atoy Art Restaurant, located just across the river.
