Meet 15 minutes before the departure time of your tour in front of Museo della Misericordia, located in Piazza del Duomo. Your representative will be waiting for you on top of the steps next to the Museum entrance, in front of Giotto's bell tower.

- Knees and shoulders should be covered to visit the Cathedral

- The Museum closes at 4:00 PM. If you booked a tour at 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM you can visit the museum before your tour (by presenting the voucher at the entrance) or on the following day
