The recommended stops are: Stop #2 Times Square East on W 42nd Stand Broadway, Stop # 3 Empire State Building on 5th Ave and W 32nd St., Stop #9 Statue of Liberty on Trinity Pl. and Rector St.
- Uptown route: daily at 9:30 am, 12:00 and 2:00 pm (from Stop #15)
- Downtown route: daily from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm every 60 minutes (from Stop #14)

Last Bus at 5:00 pm spring/summer and at 4:30 pm fall/winter from Stop #1 M&M’s World (7th Ave and 48th St.). The full circuit takes approximately 90 minutes. The bus frequency is every 10–15 minutes spring/summer and 15–20 minutes fall/winter
- Uptown loop (Blue route): First Bus at 10:00 am from Stop #13 Hope Sculpture (7th Ave and 53rd St.). Last Bus: 4:00 pm at Stop #13 Hope Sculpture (7th Ave and 53rd St.). The full circuit takes approximately 75 minutes. The bus frequency is 30 minutes
- The tour doesn't run on Pride Parade, Thanksgiving Day and New Year’s Eve
