Know in advance:

• Minimum age of a passenger is 4 years old
• Maximum weight per passenger is 285lbs/129kg
• The minimum number of participants is 2 and the maximum is 3
• Please reconfirm your flight directly with the tour operator at least 24h before your reservation
• If late, your delayed time will be deducted from your tour. It will be considered a no-show if you have not arrived after 15 minutes of your scheduled tour time
• The local tour operator reserves the right to reschedule due to bad weather conditions and/or a TFR (Temporary Flight Restriction)
