Instructions
• Please ensure to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
• Please inform us in advance of the tour of any special dietary requirements.
• Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated!
• Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus.
• Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours.
• We are not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by us.
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking: comfortable shoes are recommended, a bottle of water and a hat are recommended especially in summer months

If Private Tour option is selected:
• Please ensure to add the pickup location details in the "Special Requirements" field on the check-out page or to email them to us.
• It is the customers’ responsibility to arrive at the agreed Meeting Point 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time and present their tour voucher to the driver. The driver will allow a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes from the scheduled tour time. Missed tours or tickets due to missed pick-up cannot be refunded.
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level (expect walking, including some uneven/steep terrain)
- Travelers under 18 will not be served alcohol
- Modest dress is required for entry into certain sites (knees and shoulders must be covered)
- Tour duration may vary slightly due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
- Itinerary may be adjusted if needed to ensure safety and provide the best possible experience
