• DRESS CODE: Entrance into any religious site requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. The company will not be held responsible for refused entry due to unsuitable dress. • Please note that tickets to park Güell are nominative and cannot be amended after booking. • Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to Park Güell. • Please review the meeting point instructions in advance. Arrive 10–15 minutes early—late arrivals cannot be accommodated, rescheduled or refunded. • Large bags, backpacks, luggage, tripods, and glass bottles cannot be brought inside. There is no coat check or space on-site to leave your belongings. • Mandatory: All participants must present a valid photo ID for entry to the Sagrada Familia. Without it, entry will be denied. • We are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers/baby carriages. • We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line. • The sites and monuments we visit on our tours are among the most popular in the world.
