Head to the Sainsbury Wing entrance on Trafalgar Square and go through security. After entering the Sainsbury Wing foyer, make your way up the staircase to the right, to Level 2, and turn left
The meeting point is indicated by a meeting point tour sign across from the audio desk, where you will meet your guide
The guide will be identifiable by a "National Gallery Official Tour Guide" yellow badge
Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point

Luggage or large bags are not allowed
All visitors must pass through airport-style security to enter the gallery
Children under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult
The tour is ideal for 5-12-year-old children; however, children of a younger/older age are welcome
