You’ll hop from 19th-century taverns to modern kitchens, sampling the flavors that make Andalusia so dangerously addictive. We’re talking legendary jamón, sizzling chorizo cooked literally in flames, pork loin cooked in brandy sauce, and ice cream that might ruin every one you’ll try afterwards.
