Embark on an immersive day trip through the Douro Valley and the historic city of Amarante, starting from Porto. Includes a guided tour to a farm with taste of Porto wine, private cruise on the Douro River with tapas, and cultural exploration of Amarante. Start pick-up at your hotel in Porto, follow the iconic N222 to Peso da Régua, taste a pizza pastel and visit a farm with amazing views, where you will learn about wine production. In Pinhão, enjoy a private cruise with regional tapas and wines. Continue to Amarante, where you will explore the historic centre, the Church of São Gonçalo, and taste the famous São Gonçalo pastel and green wines. Finish with snacks in a traditional bag before returning to Porto, around 3:30 p.m.
