Bioparco hosts about 1200 animals belonging to over 200 species including mammals, birds and reptiles within an area of 17 hectares in one of the most interesting botanical and architectural contexts of Rome, in the center of Villa Borghese.

Inside you can admire rare and endangered species such as the white rhinoceros and giant tortoises; it is also possible to observe through large windows pink flamingos, lemurs, tigers, lions, leopards and brown bears.
