Description

Founded by Marco Agrippa between 25 and 27 B.C. as a temple to the 12 gods, the building was originally part of a complex created on his property in the Campo Marzio. The building inspired the great artists of the Renaissance and remains one of the greatest architectural masterpieces of antiquity.

- Shoulders and knees must be covered in order to access the Pantheon. Please dress accordingly
- Admission to the Pantheon complex is 5 euros per person. Free admission for residents of Rome. You can purchase the entrance ticket online on the web platform of the Italian Ministry of Culture or directly at the entrance of the monument, using cash or electronic payment
