• Tour Departs: Evan Evans kiosk located opposite Gate 1, inside Victoria Coach Station, 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 9TP • As Windsor Castle is a working royal palace, sometimes the entire Castle or the State Apartments within the Castle need to be closed at short notice • Please note that St George’s Chapel is open for visitors on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and is closed on Sunday (if option with entry to Windsor Castle is selected) • Please note: if your party has made separate bookings for the same tour, please contact us no later than 48 hours prior to the departure date if you wish to travel on the same coach. • Wheelchair users: please contact us (by email [email protected] or by phone +44 20 79328385) at least seven days before travel so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
