Instructions

Please arrive at the BSI Bus Terminal, Vatnsmýrarvegur 10, 101 Reykjavik, 30 minutes prior to departure
Look out for the white or silver/grey tour minibuses with the Arctic Adventure logo on the side doors
Simply show your smartphone voucher to the guide when boarding

You need to be fit enough to walk approximately 500 meters on snow and ice and to stand up for approximately one hour.
Make sure you dress accordingly (warm clothes are recommended)
Bring sunglasses, food, plenty of water, and for kids under 3 years, a baby carrier
Pick up minibus can take up to 30 minutes to arrive
It is very important that you are ready at your pick-up point from the start of the pick-up time in order not to miss our guides when they arrive
Optimal is for you to wait outside at the pick-up point so that our guides can easily find you upon the arrival
If the weather is cold or rainy, it is okay to wait inside the lobby of our hotel/hostel pick-up points, but please keep a look out for our guides and cars
