Jet Ski | Age Specifications
- 0-3 Years Old : Cannot ride a Jet Ski
- 4-13 Years Old : Cannot drive a Jet Ski. Can Be a passenger on a Jet Ski if Someone 18 or older is on the ski with them (this person must provide a valid Photo ID and either be born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Test). Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in.
- 14-15 Years Old : Can drive or be a passenger on a jet ski if : Someone 18 or older is on the ski with them (this person must provide a valid Photo ID and either be born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Test). Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in.
- 16-17 Years Old : Can drive their own Jet Ski if : Provide a valid Photo ID, Complete a Boater’s Safety Course, Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in. If 2 Minors (16-17 YO) want to share a Jet Ski, both must meet above requirements. OR Can drive or be a passenger on a jet ski if : Someone 18 or older is on the ski with them (this person must provide a valid Photo ID and either be born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Test). Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in.
-18+ Years Old : Can drive a Jet Ski if : Provide a valid Photo ID, Born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Course. If 2 Adults want to share a Jet Ski, only one must meet above requirement (both need a valid Photo ID) OR Can be a Passenger on a Jet Ski if : Provide a valid Photo ID

- All jet ski drivers must have a Boating License or have been born before 1988, and a valid Photo ID.
- A Boating License is required for anyone born after January 1, 1988 ( according to Florida state law). Information regarding this license will be sent to you upon booking.
- Parents accompanying minors (driver or passenger) under 18 years of age must show proof of identity and sign the waiver at check-in.
- Minors (driver or passenger) under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the jet ski.
