Customer info on the voucher:
1. Arrive 10 minutes early. Check your phone and email for instructions and updates from Rosotravel.
2. No refunds for being late. No-show reviews violate the cancellation policy.
3. The guide will arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time. Call us if they are late.
4. You can reschedule or cancel bookings through the booking portal or by contacting their customer service.
5. Tips for the guide are greatly appreciated.
6. No luggage storage, pets, or disabled access.
7. Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes for walking long distance.
8. 4-hour option: a fully guided tour of Westminster City and Abbey interiors and exteriors (skip-the-line tickets) with a Guide.
9. 3-hour option: a guided tour of Westminster City and Abbey exteriors with free entry to an organ recital, evensong or mass at the Abbey (self-visit).
10. In case of unexpected closures, we will offer an audio guide or refund the ticket cost.

- 4-hour option: Skip-the-line tickets to Westminster Abbey give you access to a priority entrance for groups. Entry during special events is restricted. It is a place of worship so all visitors, including infants, should keep noise to a minimum. Access for prams is limited. No luggage storage. Pets are not allowed.
- 3-hour option: Free entry to the Abbey for an organ recital (usually Sundays only), an evensong or a regular mass - subject to Abbey's events schedule . You will visit the Abbey on your own without the guide.
- Please note that Buckingham Palace and Big Ben are not open to the public, entry is excluded.
- This walking tour covers about 3.2 km (2 miles) on foot - wear comfy shoes!
