You don't have to meet anybody. You'll receive a mail with some codes and the audio guide (if selected) the day before your activity starts. On the date of the reservation, you just have to show those codes at the ticket office of the Borghese Gallery to start your visit.
Important information
Know in advance:
- Note that some rooms of the Gallery might be closed to visitors due to refurbishment works
- Bags are not permitted inside the Borghese Gallery and will need to be checked in at the cloakroom before the tour to be collected afterward
- If you chose the audio guide option when booking, you'll receive your download instructions in the same email that contain your tickets. You must download the application on your smartphone before the tour begins. You'll receive all the details to download the app via mail and/or WhatsApp
- The entrance tickets will be sent by e-mail and/or WhatsApp in the late afternoon of the day before the entry date
