On this day trip to Montserrat and Sitges from Barcelona, we'll see the Virgin of Montserrat, visit the Garraf coast, and explore the Codorníu wineries!
Day Trip Details
We'll pick you up at the designated time at Plaza d'Anna Lizaran, in front of the Barcelona North Bus Station. Our first destination will be Montserrat, known for its jagged mountain profile shaped by natural elements.
Once there, we'll visit the Royal Basilica of Montserrat, home to the Virgin of the Moreneta, the patron saint of Catalonia. After this visit, you will have approximately 3 hours of free time to explore, dine, or relax.
Afterward, we will proceed to Cavas Codorníu for a 45-minute guided tour of this wine estate, concluding with a tasting of cavas.
Next, we will head to Sitges, noted for its scenic old town and beaches. A short guided tour will provide insights into the route of the Indianos. You will then have about 2 hours of free time to explore the city, enjoy the beaches, or shop.
The trip concludes with a return to the meeting point in Barcelona, approximately 11 hours after pickup.
