Show your smartphone tickets to the security guards at the Vatican Museums entrance to have them scanned. Then, pass the security checks and scan your tickets again at the entrance turnstiles
Be on time, as Vatican personnel may not let in latecomers
Make sure to bring a valid ID for reduced tickets. Without a valid ID, you will be asked to pay for a full-price ticket to enter and the discounted ticket will not be refunded
*Sightseeing Bus Tour**
Board the bus at any of the stops indicated
Show your Hop-on Hop-off Bus voucher at one of the pick-up points
You will receive a second email with the instructions for the Sightseeing bus

Entrance only at the booked timeslot
Tickets are valid for individual visitors only and cannot be used by tour operators
Appropriate attire is required; sleeveless tops, revealing clothing, shorts above the knee, miniskirts, and hats are not allowed.
Photos & videos are strictly forbidden inside the Sistine Chapel
