At the designated time, the segway tour in El Retiro Park will commence at Avenida Menéndez Pelayo, 9, setting out towards the most renowned park in Madrid.
After a brief instructional session on how to operate the segways, we will embark on our journey through El Retiro Park. Our first stops will include the ruins of San Isidoro Church and the Casita del Pescador. We will also pass the Casa de Fiera, which has transitioned from a traditional zoo to a modern library.
As we traverse the park, we will glide by the Fallen Angel Fountain. An interesting fact: this landmark stands at an elevation of 666 metres (2185 feet)!
