How Does It Work?
Upon making a reservation, you will choose the number of attractions to visit: 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7. Unlike other passes, you don't need to pre-select specific attractions—this can be decided while in Madrid.
The Go City: Madrid Explorer Pass grants one-time access to each attraction and remains valid for 30 days from activation. The activation occurs when you first use the pass at any included attraction. Simply present the QR codes received on your mobile device at each venue's entrance for entry.

Instructions
This voucher is not a ticket and cannot be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access tourist attractions.
In your confirmation e-mail, you'll find an attached PDF file. You must check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF within 72 hours, please contact us here.
Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. In order to use your tourist pass, you must present the QR code that appears on your e-pass at the entrance to the attractions.
It is therefore important that the PDF you save with the QR codes is compatible with your mobile phones, so that you can easily open it and display it on your device when you enter the attractions.
How Does It Work?
