As we stroll through some of the city's most iconic neighborhoods, we will visit two historic markets. Inside, you'll discover a vital part of Spanish cuisine: tapas.
The tour features 3 designated stops where you'll taste a variety of these small dishes, including typical offerings such as Padron peppers, traditional mushrooms, ham and Iberian sausages, paired with wine, and meat cheeks with smashed potatoes along with wine.
The evening culminates in an authentic flamenco performance. The captivating strums of the guitar, rhythmic claps known as palmas, and expressive dances create an art form that has received recognition as an Intangible Cultural Heritage.
