Instructions

You will receive your train tickets the day before your tour
Ensure timely arrival at Roma Termini station for your train
Upon arriving in Naples, exit the train station and proceed to Starhotels Terminus
Look for the staff holding "Askos Tours" signs, and show your smartphone voucher

A passport or a valid ID is required for entry to the ruins
Tour proceeds regardless of weather, provided the Pompeii Archaeological Park remains open
Not suitable for those with mobility issues or medical conditions
In the event of train strikes, you will be informed prior to your tour
