- Access to St. Peter's Basilica is not included. The guide will explain it from the outside in St. Peter's Square. Due to possible changes made by the Vatican State, the tour route could undergo modifications or changes
- Shoulders and knees must be covered. You will be denied entry if you do not comply with the rules
- Luggage or large bags are not permitted
- All visitors must pass through security similar to that at an airport. During high season, the wait at security may be up to 30 minutes
- The opening hours are subject to change due to special events at the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel
- Bags and suitcases larger than 40x35x15 cm, tripods, large umbrellas, and potentially dangerous objects must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is a 20-minute walk from the end of the tour
- No refund will be issued for latecomers
- Please be informed that, by decision of the Vatican, extraordinary maintenance works will be carried out on Michelangelo’s Last Judgment in the Sistine Chapel from 12 January to 31 March. During this period, a scaffolding structure will cover the entire wall, and The Last Judgment will not be visible
- The Sistine Chapel will not be available for tours on 9 and 10 January, due to Vatican scheduling
