Meet your guide at the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, a large arch with a horse-drawn chariot on top located right across the road from the Louvre courtyard. The group meets on the side facing the Louvre
* Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour
* Latecomers won't be admitted to the venue (no access without a guide) and the ticket will be non-refundable and non-modifiable
* Please ensure you have some form of ID with you!

There is a security check at the entrance which can't be skipped, even with a skip-the-line ticket
Large bags, strollers, umbrellas, etc. must be left in the cloakroom
Kids under 4 can join for free, but need a free ticket
Free entrance without a guide for visitors 0-17 and EU residents 0-25
No elevators available during the tour
