Deniz was extremely informative, while being at the same time engaging and interactive, mentioning important aspects of the history of the city and its buildings.
She also explained to us the concept of the Modena balsamic vinegar and the story behind different types of pasta.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour if you want to experience Bologna in an authentic way.
