We booked our tour with Julio for Thursday, November 20 at 9:30 AM. We arrived at the meeting point at 9:25. We waited until almost 10:00 am - sending several messages to Julio. Not only did he not show up - he never responded to our messages. Poor experience. We were fortunate to find another tour with a different group at 10. Then the insult has been getting emails after what was supposed to be the ending time of our tour reminding me that if I enjoyed my tour to please leave a review for Julio. My review is a 0 - for his lack of effort to show up or communicate with me.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Descubrimos muchos lugares nuevos y recorrimos calles incas, iglesias, plazas, mercados, muy variado la verdad. Me gustó la información detallada de cada lugar, Julio fue muy atento con nosotros. Un buen servicio, lo recomiendo.
Fue un recorrido interesante,con amplia información de la Cultura Inca.
