No response from the tour guide. I recommend anyone else booking a tour for Hangzhou to do so at least 1 week in advance, and then immediately message the tour guide, asking them to confirm their availability (ignore any automated messages). I'm sure it will be great to have a local guide!!
As it was written in another review - guide didn’t show up, and didn’t answer messages. If you still would like to try to sign up for tour, be aware that you get auto messages, so it shouldn’t mislead you. Considering weather conditions now here - situation is even more irritating. Platform must delete guide from their pool.
Unfortunately today I was very disappointed because I arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes before the starting hour of the tour but the guide did not show up. I waited there more than 30 minutes and I also sent her some messages but she did not reply. In the end after more than 30 minutes I just left. I was very disappointed!
It was really nice. She is funny and I learned a lot from her. I am really glad I had the opportunity too meet her.
