The guru never showed up despite me messaging him several times to confirm the tour would still be taking place. Very unfortunate since we were looking forward to seeing the sites on this specific tour

I'm really sorry but it was because sometimes we can't organize a group of people. It depends always how many people making the reservation and it isn't possible to confirm just for one or two persons. Thanks and I'm working in progress to be better.
