Ich habe Kunst und Geschichte studiert und seit Jahren als professioneller Guide gearbeitet. Zeit mit meiner Großmutter zu verbringen, ihren Geschichten zuzuhören und das Kochen nach traditionellen Rezepten zu lernen, war eine große Inspiration für mich.
