Hallo! Ich bin Estelle, geboren und aufgewachsen in Paris. Meine Leidenschaft gilt Kunst, Natur und den kleinen Dingen, die jeden Ort einzigartig machen. Ich habe in Norwegen und Peru gelebt, wo ich fließend Englisch und Spanisch gelernt und viel über verschiedene Lebens- und Denkweisen gelernt habe. Zurück in meiner Heimatstadt liebe ich es, die kreativere und unerwartetere Seite von Paris mit Menschen aus aller Welt zu teilen. Ich habe Menschenrechte und Kulturmanagement studiert und es schon immer geliebt, die Welt kennenzulernen – und mich mit neugierigen Menschen zu unterhalten. Genau das ist es, was einen Spaziergang mit mir ausmacht: Entschleunigung, verborgene Schätze entdecken und wieder in Einklang kommen – mit der Stadt oder der Natur, je nach Stimmung – und vor allem mit sich selbst. This was a fantastic walk led by Estelle. She has great energy, is very friendly, and is passionate (and very knowledgeable) about the Street Art that is the subject of the tour. Street Art in Paris is always a treat, and the 13th is an especially good place to see it. From the well known artists who decorate the walls and buildings around the Butte aux Cailles and beyond, to the giant (and fabulous) murals on the grand avenues on the other side of Place d’Italie. Estelle gives a very in depth detailed look the art and its surroundings. It’s more though than just a street art tour, but a tour of the history of this fascinating (and overlooked by tourists - all the better!) corner of Paris. Estelle grew up not far from the area of the walk, and she brings an insider’s perspective to the tour. She is also very patient and was happy to spend extra time with the group answering all of our questions and making sure she showed us all she wanted us to see! I highly recommend the walk and the guide!
Estelles Tour war sehr informativ und wir haben eine ganz neue Seite von Paris kennengelernt. Dazu gehörte nicht nur die Street Art sondern sie führte uns auch an eine besondere Quelle, wo wir unsere Wasserflaschen füllen konnten. Ich empfehle diese Tour allen, die Paris abseits der ausgetretenen Touristenpfade entdecken wollen.
