Evan was a great guide. Kind (did his best to keep us out of the downpours and checked if anyone needed a bathroom break), knowledgeable (history and politics are his area of study), fun. Brought history to life, not just the facts but the background issues and emotions. Shared some of his family’s experiences of life in Ireland through the generations.
