For every tour, we send multiple messages to our guests: one right after booking, another the day before, and a final reminder 4 hours before the tour with the exact meeting point in front of Notre-Dame – a busy area where precision matters. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any confirmation or response from you to these messages. Additionally, all other participants canceled at the last minute, leaving you as the only potential walker. Our guide, waited at the designated spot for 20 minutes past the start time, ready to offer a private tour had we known you were there. We understand your disappointment, but communication is key in these situations, and we wish you had reached out, as it would have ensured a wonderful experience for you. We take our commitment to our guests seriously and are sorry this didn’t work out. We hope you’ll consider joining another tour in the future, and we’d be happy to assist with any questions.
