Thanks for your Review and feedback Rebecca that helps us to keep improving and always providing the best for our walkers, sorry to hear that wasn't maybe what you wanted to hear, my colleague mentioned at the beginning of the tour maybe because unfortunately sometimes some people take advantage of this free booking service and they think it's a tour for free, according to past and not very nice experiences they prefer to be clear since the start of the tour to avoiding any discomfort or misunderstanding with the walkers. We are professional and licensed tour guides and we are always on training and that costs money for being available to provide this service and provide you with accurate information, I am going to pass this information to my colleague so we'll be working on how to provide this information in a different way for you or anyone to not feel it's a mandatory but suggested, have a lovely holiday in Guatemala 🌋🇬🇹

Hi Steve, I hope you are doing well, thanks for your review and feedback I do take in count all people's opinions I just want to clarify what you are saying as that it's not true I never let down any of my walkers, but you have to understand that this is a collective service and it's not a private service, that is the whole concept of this tours. What it's true it's that I texted you with plenty of time in advance to ask you if you wanted to join one of my colleagues as he had more people signed off for his tour, anyway I organised everything with him no matter if you answered or not but you couldn't missed your tour and the first thing you did it was to be disrespectful and not very nice with him or the rest of his walkers trying to make him and them fell guilty just because you didn't have internet or you couldn't read the messages on time ??? That is the reality but no worries, one star, two stars or even none it's ok! My job speaks for itself and I never had any problems with a walker joining one of my colleagues but that is totally fine, my best wishes for you and your wife in our beautiful country, have a nice day 🌋🇬🇹😎
