Frank provided us with a fun, interesting tour where we learned about the queer history of Berlin, from the last 120 years or so. Everything was super well-organized and the copies of the old artifacts like pictures, etc , were engaging to have on hand. I hope to do the longer version of this tour, provided by Frank, in the near future.
It was a really great tour and tour guide was really informative and had a lot of knowledge!
Frank was fantastic, full of enthusiasm, an excellent teaching style. We leant so much about gay life in Berlin. From the exciting 1920’s, to the dreadful Nazi era, and the 70’s and 80’s as Berlin bounces back. Two hours very well spent.
It was a very insightful, thought-through and unexpected tour. Thank you Frank, for all the information, knowledge and professionality. This is definitely a highlight, if you want to see Berlin, off of the typical touristy places. We did the 2-hour-winter-tour. In summer it will be a further reaching tour (walking distance and historically speaking) of over 3 hours. Keep up the great work and smiles.
