Rity was a great tour guide, he was really knowledgeable about the history of Cambodia and helped us to better understand the people's religious beliefs. The tour visited all of the key places in Siem Reap. Rity was enthusiastic and funny, his English was easy to understand and he answered all of the many questions we asked him. We also want to acknowledge and thank Rity for continuing the tour despite there only being the two of us (a group cancelled last minute). Having a private tour was not what we expected! He even amended the tour slightly, acknowledging we'd already been on a walking tour in Phnom Penh, and helped clarify some things we were confused about. Having the tour in the evening allowed us to be comfortable and not be out in the heat all day. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Siem Reap, and hope Rity starts up his cooking classes too!
Rity was patient, detailed and informative. All qualities of an excellent guide!!! I highly recommend this tour for folks who don't like to be rushed and herded around. In terms of hours spent, it was probably the longest "walking tour" we have ever done!! Fortunately we didn't have to walk the entire time as Rity had a tuktuk to take us from site to site. 5 stars for sure.
It's been such a nice walking tour through the city highlights with interesting explanation and lot of history and cultural facts. For my tour it was only me taking it, so felt pretty much as a personal tour. Rity is an excellent guide, so professional, and despite being just me it was such a nice experience.
Rity was a very knowledgeable tour guide. You will get a feel for the downtown area and learn some of the history of Cambodia.
