I took a private tour with Rity with pick up&drop off at my hotel (he offered it to me after booking the free tour, and I finally decided to take it). It was a great experience, he gave me water during the whole tour and a souvenir at the end! He entered with me to one of the temples (I paid only for that option) and he gave me a good and interesting explanation of its history. Also, I asked him about the history of other temples outside and he was happy to explain it to me. I highly recommend this tour!
Rity was a great tour guide!! Very knowledgeable about the history and knew all the right spots for pictures! We had a great time!
Ritty is very knowledgeable and brought us to the most famous attractions of Siem Reap during the day. Please keep in mind that this is not the classical walking tour in big groups, as most of the temples are very separated between them, so you need to use either a tuktuk or a bike to reach them. Ritty was very helpful in arranging this mobility part for us too!
He said that he couldn’t be my guide with the excuse that he had a private tour the same day, but was offering me paid tours at the same time. I didn’t like that, the whole purpose of this platform is to offer free walking tour. Not for the guide to use Guru Walk just to advertise what he wants to sell me. If he is honest, he can cancel the days if he is not available.
Rity is an awesome guide! We had to leave early to catch a flight and he arranged a tuktuk driver to take us around to complete the tour. I recommend his tour if you want a mix of both history and exploration.
