Great tour with loads of information about things you'd probably miss just walking the city by yourself. Some good recommendations for places to eat, drink and visit. Carmen was a great guide.
The free guided tour was great, although some of the electronic listening devices were faulty which was a problem for some participants. Carmen was very well informed, pleasant and professional. A most enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend.
