The guru didn't show up nor replied to the messages...complete disregard. Horrible experience
El guia nunca llegó y no canceló
We waited 45 minutes outside Starbucks coffee house as directed, at no point did anyone wearing or carrying anything red make themselves known to us. There were no other English speakers in the vicinity either, I think the guide didn’t want to maybe only have two participants so apparently tried to call us. We have done many of these tours and the guides are always easy to spot. On this occasion the guide definitely did not ‘show themselves ’
